Formación

• 8-10 years of industrial experience in pilot plant management.

1. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Sitex Pilot Plant (phase 1) and pilot plant network (phase 2), ensuring alignment with Danone's global digital strategy. This includes identifying and implementing in-silico models developed by the Advanced Data & Modelling team.
2. Define and implement best practices for data management, including creating databases, dataflows, and deploying dashboards and visualization tools.
3. Carry out end-to-end data analyses, from gathering business requirements and defining targets and KPIs to analyzing data and reporting results.
4. Identify projects and support trials that leverage developed models and digital transformation.
5. Connect and manage external partners and resources, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.
6. Provide advanced statistical expertise, guidance on experimental design and sampling, and ensure appropriate interpretation of statistical deliverables.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly explain statistical concepts to non-experts.
8. Identify and propose training plans for the Sitex Technical Team to enhance data management capabilities.

About You

Profile :

• Engineering degree in chemical, food, process, or agricultural engineering (food engineering), with formal knowledge and experience in applied maths, physics, or chemistry, ideally with a PhD.
• 8-10 years of industrial experience with a proven track record in pilot plant management and people management.
• Proven experience in leading safety programs or initiatives within a large organization.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including training and explaining complex concepts to non-specialists.
• Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
