The Role

We seek a Senior Marketing Partnership & Affiliate Manager for our Global Train Team, based in Barcelona, to oversee partnership and affiliate marketing strategies for Spain and Italy.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies for our train business in Spain and Italy, including localized cooperation solutions and promotion strategies.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with high-value local partners, establishing long-term collaborations to meet annual goals.
3. Monitor partner data (ROI, CVR, CAC) and optimize cooperation models and promotional materials to enhance performance.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop joint products, marketing campaigns, and localized user acquisition strategies.
5. Analyze competitor activities, policies, and regulations to mitigate risks and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in affiliate marketing and brand partnerships, with focus on Spanish and Italian markets, preferably in travel or train industry.
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish or Italian; fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with local affiliate ecosystems (e.g., CJ, Impact.com), data privacy laws, and cultural preferences.
• Experience in cross-border collaboration, excellent cross-cultural communication, project management, and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Data.ai).
