Operations

• Have advanced skills in the online sales and digital platforms
• Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
• Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
• Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
• Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via outreach
