MS Exchange / SMTP Specialist (m / f / d) - Relocation to Germany

Important : This is a relocation role targeted at candidates currently residing outside Germany, preferably within the EU, as we do not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Germany and possess at least B1+ level German language skills.

We are recruiting directly for a prestigious international client —a top institution located in Germany.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree (Diploma or Master) in Computer Science or similar.
• Several years of experience in IT troubleshooting , particularly in Exchange / Mailing and related technologies (e.g., SMTP Gateway – preferably Cisco , encryption , archiving ).
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2019 . Experience with Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online is a plus.
• Advanced skills in PowerShell .
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking , with an agile mindset .
• Language skills : German B1 and English .

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain standard software and Exchange / mailing solutions .
• Coordinate and manage the entire service lifecycle for Exchange / Mailing systems.
• Take responsibility for service design in specific application or infrastructure areas.
• Ensure Microsoft Exchange compliance with IT policies and help improve operational processes .
• Oversee service onboarding , ensuring top performance and data quality .
• Detect and resolve issues early, working closely with customers and IT teams .
• Relocation Support : Assistance with relocation, including accommodation for 6 months.
• Flexible Work Hours : 38-hour week, with 60% home office options and remote work opportunities.
