The Instructional Designer Manager is responsible for project management, document design, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms, focusing on leadership development programs.

This role spans areas including culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning, supporting our strategic focus to develop an adaptive, agile, and entrepreneurial culture to foster trust and sustainable growth.

This is a temporary global role (8-month contract), requiring flexibility in working hours across multiple time zones.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Instructional design, project management, and contribution to leadership programs.
  2. Design and develop leadership programs for professionals at all levels.
  3. Conduct assessments to identify leadership development needs.
  4. Create processes, learning modules, communications, research papers, and reports.
  5. Provide analysis, interpretation, and recommendations based on project data.
  6. Implement projects on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness aligned with network strategy.
  7. Collaborate with internal and member teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

  1. Effective stakeholder engagement skills.

  6. Experience with Articulate Storyline.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  10. Experience working in a global professional services environment with international stakeholders.
