• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in the application and further development of the Scrum process
• Planning and execution of Scrum events such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Promoting the continuous development of the team through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles that affect the team's productivity
• Strengthening team dynamics and promoting a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner, and stakeholders, promoting transparency of team development

This is important to us :

• Academic background : Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience : At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications : Certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner are advantageous
• Technical tools : Experience with Atlassian software suite tools
• Language skills : Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Soft Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to motivate teams, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
