We are seeking a Bilingual Support Specialist to join our sales team. This role is crucial for managing our customer service, sales support, shipping, and commercial assistance. You will interact directly with our diverse international client base across different countries, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Additionally, the representative will write reports and perform other administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide post-sales support and manage customer service inquiries.
  • Handle shipping coordination and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist the commercial team by providing necessary support and information.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
