Sr Technical Project Manager (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a US-based tech unicorn.

Responsibilities Include

• Manage the entire development cycle from definition / scope through implementation.
• Perform all program management activities : planning, resource and stakeholder identification, estimate and schedule planning, driving milestones, leading meetings, providing updates, documenting outcomes, and retrospectives.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders; facilitate communication across teams on decisions and resolutions.
• Manage interdependencies and impacts across projects during discovery, planning, and scoping; coordinate execution and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor project progress, own reporting, and ensure accountability and stakeholder communication.
• Recommend re-prioritization or re-sequencing based on resource availability and roadmap changes.
• Manage influence without direct authority, navigating divergent expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business implementation issues; escalate when appropriate.
• Provide thought leadership on technical challenges and program execution hurdles.
• Continuously improve and scale organizational processes.

Requirements

• C1 level English or above.
• 6+ years of technical product / project management experience in a technology company.
• Proficient with software development lifecycle methodologies : Agile and Waterfall, and project management frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for extensive internal and external interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks independently.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment.
• This is a fully remote position, no US work authorization required.
• Work from anywhere in Latin America and the Caribbean, excluding Cuba and Venezuela.
