Position: Logistics Trainee

Mission: Are you eager to gain practical experience in global logistics and export operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced settings and want to make a tangible impact? If you are proactive, energetic, and ready for challenges, consider applying for this role.

You will be at the core of our import/export activities, ensuring efficient shipment processes and learning about international logistics within a leading fragrance company.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea/air).
2. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, Certificates of Origin, and COA to ensure compliance with international standards.
3. Assist with daily logistics tasks including courier orders, label printing, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with customers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Handle invoicing procedures, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and cash against documents.
6. Create reports and analyze carrier performance and freight costs.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Studies in International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business, or Business Administration.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.

Languages:

Spanish: Advanced - Native
