Offer Description

Administrative manager to be part of the Projects Department of the Research office to perform management of applications and justifications for research grants tasks for the different funding bodies (national and international), as well as the analysis of the technical and economic documentation of the projects and its compilation, checking and validation.

Tasks :

  • Telematic presentation of requests and justifications in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up of the applications submitted.
  • Analysis of the technical and economic documentation of the projects.
  • Collaboration with the different departments to guarantee the completion of the required procedures.
  • Collection and preparation of documents according to instructions provided.
  • Search for research public grants and open calls.
  • Compilation, checking and validation of the necessary documentation of each project.
  • Bachelor's degree, engineering, undergraduate degree, technical engineering, or diploma, preferably in Health Sciences, Economics, Law, and Library Science and Documentation.
  • Experience in monitoring and justification of research projects of public bodies.
  • Experience in management and justification of collaborative European projects in the Horizon 2020 (H2020), Life and Horizon Europe (HE) calls.
  • Personal skills : teamwork and communication skills. Proactive profile, with self-management capacity and commitment in the performance of their duties.
  • Technical skills : management of the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the Fundanet.
