Job purpose

You will be responsible for working within the Bedbank Optimization team to improve the active product offering of our bedbanks and suppliers, increase sales, and ensure the quality of the product offering (monitoring availability, reducing errors, and communication with bedbanks or other TPS).

The Bedbank Optimization team at Stayforlong is a forward-thinking group of technical and sales professionals, devoted to crafting innovative solutions and streamlining our platform to acquire the best hotel offer possible for the platform and ensure the best quality in terms of technical performance and sales.

Our team works closely with skilled product managers, developers, and data scientists. Our collective aim is to evolve our product continually, ensuring it stands out in the competitive travel market. We foster a culture of knowledge sharing and encourage continuous learning to keep up with the latest technological trends.

Main job responsibilities are:

1. Product optimization analysis: Continuously monitor and improve the state of mapped products in collaboration with bedbanks and suppliers.
2. Availability Monitoring: Oversee the availability of active products by market and/catalogue for each bedbank and supplier, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating solutions.
3. Error Management: Monitor error rates in aspects such as availability, booking rules, and confirmations; identify and address causes.
4. Credential and Active Product Management: Manage credentials and active products by catalogue, ensuring system understanding and synchronization.
5. L2B (Look-to-Book) Control: Coordinate with bedbanks and suppliers to reduce L2B impact and prevent deactivation or compensation issues.
6. Restricted Market Management: Manage market restrictions ensuring policy compliance.
7. Supplier onboarding: Propose and execute new supply partnerships.
8. Support other stakeholders: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure proper product display, communication, and escalation handling.

What you will bring:

• Knowledge of Stayforlong Panel and internal tools.
• Experience leading with suppliers and/or TPs.
• Excellent communication skills with bedbanks/TPS companies.
• Fast-execution mindset.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge & experience in performance optimization and XML languages is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• At least 3 years of optimization experience.
