Formación

Role & Responsibilities :

This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree or technical certificate.

Internship date: June 2024 to Sept 2024

The role we are offering you:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to perform routine technical tasks on site, in field or laboratory and receive training in the various phases of laboratory, office, plant or field technical work.

Are you ready to:

  1. Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on the simulators and associated simulator systems.
  2. Assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on the simulators and associated simulator systems.
  3. Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.
  4. Complete all designated training activities.
  5. Perform pre-flight and post-flight on designated simulators.
  6. Perform basic visual alignments.
  7. Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
  8. Learn and comply with CAE quality management system.
  9. Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner.
  10. Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
  11. Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation.
  12. Perform administrative tasks as required.
  13. Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required.

Our ideal candidate has:

  1. Minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  3. Ability to interpret system prints and schematics.
  4. Proficiency in operating test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc.).
  5. Knowledge in analog and digital theory.
  6. Computer literate (PC and/or computer mainframe/architecture).
  7. Proficiency in soldering and circuit board repairs.
  8. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite.
  9. Fluency in English.

Preferred Education:

2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical related field.

Internship will be carried out in person.

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Italy.

CAE offers:

  1. Salary determined according to the CCNL – CONTRATTO COLLETTIVO.
  2. Shift pattern 4 days in - 4 days off.
