Business Development Manager – South Europe (Industrial SSD)

Must : Proof records of business development in industrial / embedded ICT market

Location : South Europe Region

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive industrial memory and flash module sales in South Europe, covering France, Italy and Spain, for a world-leading module manufacturer. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Procurement, Pricing, and Operations to secure first-tier accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured approach to business development and opportunity management.
  • Identify opportunities across various verticals, including Automation, Networking, Medical, Transportation, Retail, Gaming, Surveillance, and IPC.
  • Generate leads by presenting ADATA’s capabilities, products, and technologies to potential customers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including RFQs, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
  • Manage customer relationships and project lifecycles, ensuring smooth coordination of business processes, including order management.
  • Provide first-line technical advisory support on flash and memory modules.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and provide relevant business reports.
  • Perform any additional tasks required by management.

Your Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in ICT, E / E Components or a relevant industry.
  • Native speaker in either French, Italian or Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical background or experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in tier-one customer relationship management and business development.
  • Strong adaptability to market dynamics and persistence in the product design-in cycle.
  • Confident, communicative, and personable in business interactions.
  • Strong presentation and business closing abilities.
  • Organized, success-driven, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software / database tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
