Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive professional to support our R&I teams and partners in developing competitive tender bids for CIRCE's strategic innovation projects at European, national, and regional levels. This role involves supporting the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial strategy to submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand CIRCE’s and partners’ interests regarding European, national, and regional funding opportunities.
• Identify and propose suitable innovation projects aligned with stakeholder interests.
• Analyze public calls to determine requirements and enhance success chances.
• Develop new project proposals and build consortia to meet call requirements.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders, manage agreements, and represent CIRCE in consortia.

Qualifications and Experience

• Industrial Engineer or similar technical background.
• Proficient in English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in innovation consultancy.
• Mandatory knowledge of European and national R&D funding programs.
• Valuable knowledge in energy and sustainability sectors.
• Self-motivated with high engagement levels.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Result-oriented with analytical thinking.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
