At Kapres Technology, we are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team for a multinational client in the logistics sector.

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the controlled implementation of new and existing IT solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements of the client. The role involves implementing specialized IT solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Carrier Management Integration Systems (CIMS), and other operational and customer service systems.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing business requirements in consultation with Solution Design, Operations, and clients.
2. Specifying system developments with functionalities, data, and interfaces.
3. Ensuring solutions are effectively tested and implemented.
4. Training key users and supporting clients to ensure successful adoption of new IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, or a related IT background.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large international logistics environment.
• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Experience with WMS systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and interdependencies.
• Currently residing in Europe.

The position is fully remote within Europe.
