We’re hiring for a Senior HR Analyst (HR Data & Reporting Team). Here are the tasks in this role:

We seek a highly skilled Senior HR Analyst to join our HR team. This role involves leveraging Workday to configure custom reports, analyze HR data, and provide strategic insights to support HR and business goals. The Senior HR Analyst will collaborate with HRBPs, IT, and other departments to ensure HR reporting systems and data analytics facilitate informed decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance workforce strategies.

  1. Design and maintain advanced reports within Workday, aligning with business needs.
  2. Focus on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
  3. Develop dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analytic views in Workday for senior leadership and HRBPs to make data-driven decisions.
  4. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all HR reporting and analytics processes within Workday.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to automate HR data processes, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual workloads.
  6. Continuously enhance data processes to meet business needs and support a high-performance culture.
  7. Maintain HR data quality and compliance across Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  8. Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions and insights.
  9. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes like talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  10. Serve as a key analytical resource within HR, working closely with HRBPs, IT, and business leaders to align HR data strategies with organizational goals.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert in HR data, reporting, and analytics, supporting and training internal stakeholders on HR data systems.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with expertise in Workday report configuration, data analytics, and HR reporting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with HR data analysis, metrics, KPIs, and extracting insights from large data sets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Good understanding of HR processes including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in data governance, data quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Familiarity with SQL and analytical tools such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and translating data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
