Job Description :

Hays is collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical company founded in 1885, ranked in the TOP 10 pharma with over 146 affiliates worldwide and more than 52,000 employees globally, including over 1,600 in Spain. They develop innovative medicines for humans and animals, focusing on human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Currently in an expansion phase, they are building a technological hub in San Cugat del Vallés to serve the entire group globally.

We are seeking a Medical Writer to support the development and maintenance of global medical information content, including writing, formatting, documentation, reporting, and metrics on Medical Information activities.

Responsibilities include :

• Producing new global standard scientific response content (gSSRC) per guidelines and SOPs.
• Updating existing gSSRCs annually or when new data is available.
• Incorporating feedback during review cycles.
• Securing final approval from the Scientific Communication Manager.
• Performing peer reviews for style and accuracy to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Writer with a scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or Masters).
• Proven experience in Medical Information content creation and knowledge of relevant regulations, IT, and digital solutions.
• Excellent medical writing skills.
• Experience with Veeva.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple activities, results-oriented, with fast and focused execution.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
