We're looking for an exceptional Performance Marketer to join our team and drive results across our advertising platforms. Develop, execute, and optimize high-performance digital marketing campaigns across Google and YouTube platforms

Build and maintain detailed performance tracking and reporting systems

Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling potential

Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and team members

Proactively test new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance

Advanced proficiency with Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)

Advanced proficiency with YouTube Ads, particularly for direct response campaigns

Skilled in identifying and scaling winning offers and angles unique to each business

Experience building media plans that align with growth goals, budgets, and margin requirements

Skilled at managing multiple accounts simultaneously with consistent performance

Self-starter who proposes new strategies, tests, and improvements without prompting

Able to challenge assumptions and solve performance bottlenecks creatively

Maintains a strong point of view on current performance marketing best practices and trends

Clear communicator who can translate complex performance insights to clients

Proficient in building dashboards, writing client updates, and creating performance reports

Experience with landing page CRO, funnel analysis, and split testing

Background in creative strategy development for YouTube and Display campaigns
