What You'll Do

As a Senior IT Architect, you will collaborate with case team members to assess and coach clients’ IT teams, define IT strategies, and develop architecture solutions. You will own the delivery of specific project modules, develop technical concepts, and mentor other team members, leading work streams when possible.

You will work on strategic technology questions, supported by comprehensive training programs, including technology-specific mentoring to enhance your skills.

What You'll Bring

*Experience:*
- 6-8 years in cloud architecture, cloud strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting with a proven record of leading IT implementations.
- Fluency in Spanish (Mandatory) and English.

*Technical Skills:*
- Expertise in designing cloud architectures, including requirements gathering, conceptual and technical design, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for cloud deployments, multi-cloud strategies, and cloud lock-in avoidance.
- Experience with infrastructure automation, scalability, and cloud component sizing.
- Familiarity with major CSPs and XaaS services.

*Desirable Skills:*
- Knowledge of cloud security and privacy regulations (DORA, GDPR, NIS2), data sovereignty, and compliance standards.
- Experience in cloud governance, cost management, security, and resource optimization.
- Skills in implementing cloud security tools for monitoring and threat detection.

*Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:*
- Analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in guiding teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

*Industry Experience:*
- Proven experience in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications, delivering tailored IT solutions.
