1. Maintain existing producer relationships and develop new partnerships.
2. Provide intensive customer care, conduct price negotiations and calculations.
3. Observe the market consistently and perform competitive analysis.
4. Make regular visits to suppliers and customers.
5. Contribute successfully to sales and profit targets.
6. Handle administrative processing of orders and logistics.
7. Require experience in the food sector, ideally with fruit and vegetables.
8. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with MS Dynamics NAV is desirable.
9. Demonstrate confident communication, negotiation skills, and decisiveness.
10. Exhibit diplomatic skills, persuasiveness, and tenacity.
