We are a leading visionary design and engineering firm specialising in bespoke, high-end residential and hospitality interiors. Our work epitomises creativity, producing customised designs with meticulous attention to detail and unprecedented lead times.

We are looking for a Procurement Technician to join our team in Madrid and support us in the procurement of Interior Design goods for the different projects of the organization.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Regular contact with the different suppliers to purchase items.
  2. Negotiate good prices and delivery conditions.
  3. Follow up on the status of orders and resolve any issues related to delivery times.
  4. Manage legal knowledge related to taxes.
  5. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  6. Update the information on the data base of the company.
  7. Procure different kinds of items from different markets.
  8. Track external shipments and manage shipments with the logistics department.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, purchasing or related career preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.

Knowledge of taxes and deliveries.

SKILLS

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
