What are we looking for?

As a Credit & Collection Administrator in RICOH, you will be doing :

• Lead Credit risk, Collections, Litigation & Debt recovery processes for Ricoh Spain, Portugal and France (Small Accounts).
• Lead a group of Line Managers and drive continuous improvements to increase performance, efficiency & service.
• Monitor and forecast Collection performance, minimise Bad debt provisions and write-offs for the countries considered.
• In charge of processes operations’ management.
• Responsible for operations and follow up the operational metrics as well as the quantity and quality of the workforce.

What do you need?

• University degree.
• Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers). Highly numerate & strong analytical skills. Must be able to prioritize and make decisions.
• Delegation skills are required. Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal). Must be able to motivate and generate enthusiasm throughout the organization.
• Possess a winning spirit. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills with ability to communicate at all levels through an organization.
