About the role
You will be a key member of our People & Culture team, translating our people-first strategy into daily actions. You will influence our company culture and lead a global team dedicated to HR operations, supporting 400+ Uberallers across 30 countries. Your work ensures our employees are supported with relevant services, tools, and compliance. You will also be part of the Global People & Culture leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing HR operations team globally
- Manage employment processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Plan and execute annual HR processes related to performance, compensation, benefits, development, and engagement
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure effective use of HRIS systems
- Coordinate payroll and benefits processes with partners
- Manage relationships with EOR providers to support flexible working, mobility, and hybrid culture
- Handle employment relations professionally in collaboration with legal partners
- Work with other HR teams and stakeholders to enhance the employee journey
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of experience in HR, leading global teams in a growth environment
- Deep knowledge of German labor law and / or experience across North America and EMEA
- Understanding of compensation & benefits strategy
- People advocate with a focus on culture and employee experience
- Emotionally intelligent, capable of conflict resolution
- Enjoys working across cultures and time zones in a hybrid environment
- Proactive, accountable, and driven
