Position : Supply Manager (Director Level)

Location : Remote with business trips

Department : Operations / Supply Chain

Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Supply Manager (Director) to lead our transfer supply operations across multiple regions. This role is central to building a reliable network of transport providers, ensuring exceptional service quality for our passengers, and scaling our B2B and B2C ground transportation services across key destinations. If you have experience in mobility, logistics, or the travel sector—this is your chance to shape the future of airport and resort transfers in Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Sourcing and Management

  • Build and manage relationships with local and regional passenger transport providers (e.g., transfer companies, private drivers, taxi fleets).
  • Ensure all suppliers meet our service, safety, and quality standards.
  • Expand our supplier base to meet growing demand across seasons and locations.

2. Contracting and Commercial Negotiations

  • Lead contract negotiations with transport vendors (pricing, service levels, availability guarantees).
  • Monitor and enforce performance clauses and renewal terms.

3. Quality Control

  • Monitor operational performance: punctuality, driver behavior, vehicle standards, and client feedback.
  • Develop and implement service audits and improvement plans.

4. Data and Reporting

  • Analyze KPIs such as ride fulfillment rate, average pickup time, cost per transfer, and NPS.
  • Build dashboards and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

5. Supply & Capacity Planning

  • Ensure adequate vehicle and driver availability across all active regions.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to forecast seasonal peaks and demand surges.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with teams in operations, customer support, product development, and finance.
  • Align on supply capacity, geographic coverage, and profitability targets.

7. Cost Optimization

  • Analyze costs per route / region and renegotiate rates where needed.
  • Identify and remove operational inefficiencies while maintaining service quality.

8. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track trends in the mobility and travel transport sectors, including new entrants and technology platforms.
  • Recommend new partnership opportunities and service upgrades.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for supply-side disruptions (e.g., last-minute cancellations, no-shows).
  • Build backup provider networks in critical areas.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or vendor management, ideally in mobility, transportation, or travel services.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a network of service providers (e.g., fleets, local operators, driver pools).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset; confident with Excel and BI tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), dispatch platforms, or ride-booking tools.
  • Understanding of transport regulations and licensing in European markets.
  • Experience managing seasonal transport operations or demand-driven supply networks.

Personal Qualities

  • Strategic yet hands-on: able to see the big picture and execute day-to-day.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
  • High attention to detail, with a structured and proactive mindset.
  • Passion for travel, mobility, and delivering seamless guest experiences.
