HR Consultant – Strategic Workforce Planning (Remote / Flexible)
Location: Remote / Flexible (some travel may be required)
We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Consultant to collaborate closely with the Global Head of HR and lead the development and implementation of a structured, scalable SWP process across a global organization with approximately 1,300 employees in 7 countries.
This influential, cross-functional role involves enabling the business to forecast future talent needs, align workforce planning with strategic objectives, and promote collaboration between HR, Finance, and business leadership.
Additionally, the organization plans to implement the Strategic Workforce Planning module in Workday (target: early 2026). You will play a key role in laying the groundwork for a successful rollout. The role may also include supporting Total Rewards initiatives, such as compensation and benefits projects.
