Position Overview

This position is responsible for monitoring the production of all dialing platforms and other applications and software. The Dialer Administrator will work closely with the Operations team and supporting departments to ensure work standards are met, dialing schedules are on time and accurate, and company and regulatory policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate will provide reports on the production of dialing agents, focusing on key performance indicators used to manage our business, and contribute recommendations to enhance efficiencies and performance.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform system configurations for multiple applications, including software installations on local and remote machines, managing updates and upgrades to minimize downtime.
  2. Provide daily operational support, education, and troubleshooting for software issues, errors, and downtime.
  3. Prepare calling lists and load data into various CRM systems.
  4. Develop expertise in the functions and capabilities of different calling platforms.
  5. Work with external vendors to resolve critical performance and uptime issues and implement preventative measures.
  6. Analyze system performance and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Understand regulatory compliance requirements and manage audits and investigations to ensure compliance.
  8. Provide helpdesk support, resolve tickets, and address critical issues.
  9. Maintain schedule flexibility, especially during new project launches or software updates.
  10. Perform other duties as required.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze details, solve problems creatively and practically, and exercise sound judgment.
  6. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting and using a computer and phone. Occasional movement within the office may be necessary, including lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
