Your profile:

  1. 2+ years of experience in account management and customer success roles is a plus.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  3. Excellent communication skills: eloquent and capable of establishing strong relationships with property partners.
  4. Empathetic and understanding towards property partners, advocating for them effectively.
  5. Obsessed with delivering excellent customer experience.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong verbal and communication skills, able to articulate value propositions to stakeholders.
  7. Positive attitude, driven, hustling, and determined.

Your mission:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for key property partners, managing relationships effectively.
  2. Optimize your partners' portfolios to maximize listings and property availability.
  3. Track, analyze, and report on portfolio performance.
  4. Identify inefficiencies and advise on solutions to increase bookings.
  5. Propose improvements to enhance portfolio performance.
  6. Manage all account matters such as listings, availability, payments, bookings, and issue resolution promptly.
