Salesforce Business Analyst - Full Remote

Location: Madrid

Salary Range: EUR 40.000 - 80.000

Job Description

This is a remote position. We are urgently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for an international organization in Europe. Candidates must be fluent in English, reside and work within Europe, and have a valid work permit. The role is long-term and open to both freelancers and employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the country team, business groups, and end-users to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical briefs.
2. Develop user stories and process flows to meet business needs.
3. Work with developers and external partners to deliver solutions that meet requirements.
4. Create reports and dashboards for operational use.
5. Validate and interpret data within reports and dashboards.
6. Perform data cleansing and handle large data imports.
7. Participate in system demos, testing, UAT, and support activities.
8. Develop training materials, conduct user training, and promote user adoption.
9. Document processes, policies, configurations, and support materials.
10. Manage workflow rules, validation rules, process builders, flows, Lightning components, and apps.
11. Maintain user profiles, role hierarchies, sharing rules, permission sets, and approval processes.
12. Review and manage AppExchange products.
13. Handle daily workload and ensure SLA compliance to deliver quality service.

Additional Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Not for Profit Cloud).
3. Proficiency with Salesforce SFDX, Metadata API, source control, and deployment strategies; experience with scratch orgs and second-generation packages is a plus.
4. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer and Platform Developer II are highly regarded.
5. Fluent in English.

Location: Remote within Europe
