Job Description

Unit4 is building a vibrant, world-class Partner Ecosystem to support our growth. As part of the Global Partner organization, this role focuses on generating new sales revenue through our partners across various markets. The Partner Manager serves as the primary contact for our Go-To-Market partners and is a key driver of our growth. We seek a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communication, and organizational skills, eager to join a rapidly expanding SaaS company.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales quotas for your assigned territory quarterly and annually.
  2. Manage relationships with each partner, developing joint go-to-market plans.
  3. Support partners in prospect qualification and developing new sales opportunities.
  4. Guide partners on training and enablement to support their growth.
  5. Manage reseller sales opportunities by creating CRM opportunities, building quotes, and overseeing the sales process and forecasts.
  6. Support direct sales efforts on co-sell opportunities involving managed partners, ensuring partner contributions meet requirements.
  7. Ensure partners are up-to-date with contracts, managing negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
  8. Handle invoicing, billing, and subscription escalations with partners and their customers.
  9. Identify and review potential new partners, managing onboarding and training for effective selling.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in partner management or sales within a SaaS environment.
  2. Proven partner management and leadership skills.
  3. Experience managing multiple partners in an entrepreneurial setting.
  4. Ability to build partnerships that improve sales and customer experience.
  5. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to understand complex technologies.
  6. High-energy team player who introduces innovative ideas and promotes best practices.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with accountability and independently.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Dutch is a plus.
