Job Summary :

As a Senior SAP Development Lead, you will take full ownership of leading development initiatives within SAP environments, focusing on both S / 4HANA and traditional ERP landscapes. With over 7 years of hands-on experience, you will guide technical teams across locations, delivering high-quality solutions that meet complex business needs. You bring deep expertise in ABAP development, SAP BTP capabilities, and modern development approaches such as RAP and side-by-side extensions. Your role will be key in shaping technical solutions, ensuring quality, and fostering collaboration across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate SAP development projects, providing technical direction to local and international teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using ABAP, BTP services, RAP, side-by-side extensions, AIF, and Fiori.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and performance optimization standards.
• Support and monitor development activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools.

Must Have Qualifications :

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP development, including both ERP and S / 4HANA environments.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP development and SAP BTP capabilities.
• Proven experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming), side-by-side extensions, AIF (Application Interface Framework), and Fiori.
• Leadership experience with distributed and international development teams.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

• Experience in managing complex integration scenarios.
• Background in international, multi-cultural project environments.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with flexibility in managing development trajectories.
