Irudek is a leader in its sector and is seeking a Finance Director responsible for managing the company's finance department, focusing on operations and long-term strategy.

Job Description

The Finance Director will report to both the General Manager of Irudek and the Finance Director for Central Eastern - Southern Europe & Middle East of Bunzl. Main responsibilities include:

1. Managing and supervising the accounting and finance team across three legal entities (Spain, Italy, Brazil).
2. Ensuring timely and accurate month-end accounting processes.
3. Preparing budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc reports with high quality and punctuality.
4. Enhancing and implementing robust financial controls, including process improvements, procedures, and internal control policies aligned with Group standards.
5. Delivering accurate and timely monthly financial reports.
6. Integrating the company into Bunzl standards.
7. Developing financial tools to improve cost control and data accuracy, leveraging IT tools.
8. Identifying opportunities for growth in areas such as IT, HR, Operations, and Procurement.
9. Supporting management in the development and execution of growth strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 3 years in Big Four audit, plus at least 3 years as an Operational Finance Manager in a multinational environment or as a Finance Director in a small/medium company. Experience in internal audit within a multinational is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Results-oriented and business-focused.
• Strong knowledge and experience in internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial software (SAP, Navision, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
