Requirements

The key responsibilities

  • Proactive management of a client relationship with onboarding, check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
  • Keeping accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing further issues by analyzing and improving processes.
  • Building strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate product improvements.
  • Maintenance of the account, analysis of the current situation, and coming to conclusions on where to improve. Improving take rate, payment methods used, and upselling new features and products, among others.
  • Developing and monitoring new sales opportunities.
  • Payyo is a small team; therefore, you need to be willing to help out with additional team projects according to your skills, for example in product and / or marketing.

What you need to bring with you

  • Experience in Account Management (3-5 years experience).
  • Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities.
  • Preferably an understanding of SaaS and marketplaces.
  • Preferably experience in fintech / financial and payments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German; French and / or Italian are also a plus.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze.
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, but yet able to work in a small team environment.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
