Korn Ferry is seeking a contract IT Risk Assessment Manager, preferably with experience in Banking, to join an ongoing project with an established client in the Digital Banking sector.

Key requirement summary:

• Remote working within GMT core hours; international teams involved.
• 12-month initial contract with a good chance of extension.
• Hourly rate on Autonomo contract; fluent English required.

Responsibilities include:

• Compliance with DORA Regulations: Review and upgrade procedures to ensure compliance, develop new procedures as needed.
• COBIT Audit Systems: Conduct audits, identify gaps, design controls to align with COBIT standards.
• Technology Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies.
• EU Resilience and Cyber Regulations: Ensure compliance with EU laws, stay updated on legal changes.

Key Deliverables:

• Updated procedures and documentation, compliance reports.
• Risk assessment reports with identified risks and mitigation plans, regular progress updates.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience designing and implementing COBIT frameworks.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience of DORA compliance programs.
• IT audit experience.
• Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments (US and India).
• Ability to prepare and present board-level material.
