What are we looking for?

For our specialized team, we are looking for a SAP HCM ABAP Integration Consultant, working 100% remote from Spain.

Work location : 100% remote, within Spain.

Required skills :

• SAP HR Technical consultant, expert in SAP HR Modules, with at least 5 years of experience in ABAP programming.
• Experience with a broad range of interface technologies like RFC, ALE, SFTP, Web Services SOA, Web Services Rest Full Method, API, etc.
• Extensive integration skills between SAP and non-SAP environments with middleware connections like CPI, Snaplogic, and others.
• Experienced in HANA Programming.
• Experienced in SAPUI5 Programming and Odata.
• Experienced in non-standard functionality : infotypes, payroll and time functions and operations, user exits, Badis, enhancements, etc.
• Experienced in object-oriented programming.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless system operations and prompt resolution of issues.
• Soft skills : communication and user management, self-management, and self-organization.
• Knowledge of SAP basis and SAP system administration.

Languages :

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
