Your Profile

Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of German, French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.

Skills & Experience: Sales and customer service mindset; ability to provide excellent service to tenants and landlords.

Flexibility to work some weekends (approximately once every 4 weeks).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets in a commercial environment.

Positive, decisive communication style; ability to understand customer needs and personalize property experiences.

Effective multi-tasking and time management skills to close bookings efficiently.

Open-minded, well-traveled, with an international perspective, engaging with diverse customers daily.

Goals: Goal-oriented with a desire for continuous learning.

Your Mission
  • Respond to, research, and guide customers through the online booking process.
  • Provide detailed information about services to facilitate bookings and answer questions.
  • Relay customer feedback and suggestions to other departments for improvements.
  • Maintain positive communication with landlords and tenants to foster open dialogue.
  • Ensure smooth booking requests and support for website users.
