Operational Support Specialist (part-time)

Location: MADRID, COMUNIDAD DE MADRID, Spain (On-site)

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), ensuring compliance and fostering a safe and sustainable workplace. You will lead initiatives and a range of general support services, helping to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Update Social Security documentation in customers' platforms on a monthly basis.
  • Manage documentation and medical appointments for employees across the Iberia region.
  • Validate and code the invoices from different customs agents and send them to a center of excellence inbox.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipment of business cards.
  • Maintain accuracy between invoice information recorded in Oracle and the purchase orders.
  • Ensure the database is consistently updated and accurately maintained.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Disability Certificate.
  • Administrative education and proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Spanish language proficiency (written / read / spoken).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • English, Portuguese, or other foreign languages communication skills.
