We are looking for an in-house Copywriter to support the Marketing Department in elevating its content initiatives.

This role will collaborate closely with the Brand Manager, Content Specialist, and a team of graphic designers. The ideal candidate will bring a creative and analytical approach to content, driving brand engagement and contributing to Scilife’s overall business objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Content creation : Write compelling copy across various mediums, including blogs, websites, emails, social media, whitepapers, infographics, product pages, and more.
  • Campaign support : Develop impactful marketing assets for product launches, event promotions, and product workshops.
  • Inbound marketing : Create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and gated content to support lead generation efforts.
  • Sales-driven messaging : Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for product and solution pages, as well as marketing collateral.
  • Collaborative ideation : Work closely with the content team to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Editorial oversight : Proofread, fact-check, and edit team-generated content to maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Visual content enhancement : Collaborate with designers to pair text with engaging visuals, charts, or infographics.

What you will need :

  • Minimum of 5 years as a copywriter, preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to distill complex and technical language into simple, engaging, and approachable content.
  • A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases work in SaaS marketing, inbound strategies, lead magnets, product launches, and / or event promotions.
  • A creative thinker with experience developing sales-driven copy for product pages, promotions, and event marketing.
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable interviewing customers, employees, and hunting for story treasures anywhere and everywhere they might be.
  • A strong storyteller with the ability to use internal and external data and collaborate cross-functionally to identify gaps and content opportunities.

Preferred skills :

  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles to optimize content performance.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of quality management and regulatory compliance is a bonus.

Other skills and abilities :

  • Cross-culturally sensitive.
  • Creative with an acute attention to detail.
