Formación

Corus is looking for a Business Analyst / Support to join our team and participate in international projects.

Location : Remote from Spain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards.
  • Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units).
  • Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products.
  • Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products.
  • Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements.
  • Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals.
  • Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with business units to enhance their digital marketing strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Some experience working in the digital sector, preferably in marketing.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps, and SaaS.
  • Proficient with analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Preferable technical background with experience in IT-related tasks.

  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good with customers and able to build strong relationships.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
