This role is part of the Rewardful team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Rewardful, launched in 2018, helps SaaS companies manage their affiliate programs via Stripe or Paddle. It is the preferred choice for over 2,600 SaaS brands. Our small, expanding distributed team is dedicated to fostering a creative and innovative work environment where team members can learn and grow.

Profile Overview

As a new member of our Engineering Team, you will enhance Rewardful's affiliate management platform by designing new features, optimizing existing systems, and contributing to product growth. Collaboration with colleagues will be key to solving complex challenges and maintaining high code quality in a distributed setting.

Our stack : Ruby on Rails 7, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, RSpec, Capybara, Heroku, GitHub Actions

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be :

• Launching the affiliate marketplace, our next major project.
• Improving frontend architecture and user experience.
• Automating internal processes to support growth.

Your responsibilities

• Developing new features for merchants and affiliates.
• Making architecture and technology decisions.
• Optimizing application and infrastructure performance.
• Supporting customer service and automating platform operations.
• Writing automated tests, conducting code reviews, maintaining the platform.
• Reducing technical debt to keep the codebase clean and enjoyable.

What You bring to the table

• At least 3 years of professional Rails experience, with understanding of scaling challenges.
• Product and UX sensibility, able to discuss design ideas and critique.
• Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable with Slack and GitHub.
• Empathy and teamwork skills, open to giving and receiving feedback, collaborative problem-solving.
