Job Summary: The Area Manager will drive sales and manage distribution for hospital products within the Iberia region (Spain & Portugal). The role reports to the Regional Manager for Southern Europe and involves leading sales initiatives, supporting distribution channels, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales growth in Spain and Portugal.
  • Manage distribution networks, support sales reps, and visit end-customers.
  • Develop and execute sales, clinical, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Enhance ZOLL’s reputation as a premium supplier with innovative technology and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with distributors, Key Opinion Leaders, and customers in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts; experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of distribution efforts.
Experience Required
  • At least 8 years of experience in direct and/or indirect sales management.
  • Medical sales experience and managing distribution networks.
  • Experience selling highly specified or premium-priced products.
  • Experience in growth-oriented companies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
