A leading e-commerce company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Spanish and Mandarin Business Development Brands Manager. This fully remote role requires a strong background in e-commerce and fluency in Spanish and Mandarin. You will leverage your network and insights to establish a merchant network in Spain, driving significant growth opportunities.

Formación

This role is 100% remote for someone with a strong E-COMMERCE background and fluent in SPANISH and MANDARIN. You will work with the Spain-based team of a rapidly growing e-commerce business, researching, locating, and engaging with new suppliers and vendors for product listings. The ideal candidate has an established network of sellers/vendors, knowledge of market trends, and the ability to identify reliable vendors offering quality products and services. SALARY:

EUR 80,000 - EUR 140,000 per annum + benefits (depending on experience)

LOCATION:

100% remote, based anywhere in SPAIN

LANGUAGE REQUIRED:

Fluent SPANISH and fluent MANDARIN

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • E-commerce experience
  • Established network of local sellers in SPAIN
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial work experience
  • Experience in team management

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced professionals who have worked with e-commerce platforms such as Miravia, TT, eBay, Etsy, or similar. You will leverage your expertise, network, and consumer insights to help a fast-growth e-commerce company establish a merchant network in SPAIN. The goal is to attract independent retailers to diversify product offerings and increase consumer choice.

DUTIES:
  1. Research, develop, and initiate contact with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands to list their products on the platform.
  2. Assist merchandise partners in establishing their presence online.
  3. Support vendors in developing business plans covering market positioning, product strategy, branding, and logistics.
  4. Conduct market research to understand online consumer buying trends.
  5. Advise vendors on logistics, especially during peak seasons like Christmas.
  6. Analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Established network of local sellers in SPAIN.
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience.
