Descripción del empleo

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a manager with experience in the European Public (public institutions) sector who would like to continue developing their career within the executive layer of NTT DATA.

The main responsibilities entrusted to the manager will be the Account Management for Platform and Infrastructure services / projects, Delivery Management, and the retention and growth of our NTT DATA’s talent.

As part of their day-to-day activities, the manager will lead a team through all the commercial phases (contract negotiation, realization of offers and proposals, contract negotiation, scope management, pricing) and delivery of ICT (infrastructure and product) services and projects. In that sense, experience in pre-sales and delivery is of high value.

Experience in recruiting people and creating efficient delivery teams for both projects and recurring infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud) is essential.

CAPABILITIES

  • Project identification, sale, and follow-up at CTO, CIO, CDO level. High commercial competence and technological pre-sales. Bid management skills.
  • Management of projects and services using agile methodologies. Management of work teams in complex environments with the capacity to manage and execute several projects in parallel.
  • Economic control of projects, follow-up, and fulfillment of revenue and margin objectives.
  • Immersion in digital transformation both in evangelization work and in the application of best practices to the development and execution of projects of value to the business.
  • Knowledge of Cloud architectures and technologies, DevOps, and SRE (cloud migration, software lifecycle automation, CI / CD, and service assurance).
  • Lead and direct processes via automation to improve execution speed while maintaining stability and improving performance in technological systems and platforms.
  • Ensure the capacity of the data center infrastructure to meet the requirements and demands of the client with an evolutionary vision that facilitates the entire software development process.

OTHERS

  • Country of residence : Spain (Barcelona, Madrid) or Belgium (Brussels).
  • Languages : Business English C1 (must), Spanish (B2) will be highly valued.

PLACE OF WORK

  • 40-60% at the client’s premises and / or at NTT DATA’s office. 40%-60% remote (from Spain or Belgium).
  • EU-SECRET / NATO-SECRET eligible.
