Straumann Group is seeking a senior CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications, enabling Global Test Management across the Global Business Applications department. The ideal candidate will bring deep CSV and test leadership for enterprise applications, including S/4HANA, with a focus on compliance and quality.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV, QM, and project/test management, plus strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Experience with regulated industries and documentation best practices.
• Strong Project- and Test-management skills; able to adapt to CSV requirements.
• Fluent English; other languages are an asset (German).

Responsabilidades

• Validate and review all validation documents across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to implementation or update project teams.
• Improve CSV standards and align with IT and QA regulatory changes.
• Define and drive Test Management for Business Applications and initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance to align deliverables with CSV guidelines.
• Coordinate local CSV/QA reps to meet global CSV compliance.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other business application stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
