We are seeking a detail-oriented Italian Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. This is a temporary contract, with a chance for extension.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verify data to improve the performance of the AI model.
2. Review the output of the model to maintain quality standards.
3. Provide feedback to enhance model performance.
4. Perform quality checks and supervise junior stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Entry-level position; experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, translation, or technical writing is valued.
2. Excellent writing and spelling skills in Italian.
3. Proficiency in English for communication with internal managers and understanding guidelines.
4. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
6. Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
7. Ability to work independently while following guidelines and workflows.
8. Ability to understand and manage customer-facing content and content management tools.
9. Problem-solving mindset.
10. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. Basic knowledge of online communication.
12. Ability to follow instructions and perform time-bound tasks accurately, monitoring the quality of junior stakeholders.
13. Ability to perform repetitive tasks without loss of quality.
14. Organized and focused enough to work independently within a team environment.

Additional Requirements

1. Understanding of chatbots.
2. Knowledge of retail/shopping domain.
3. No prior experience or training required; paid training provided.
