Job Responsibilities :

A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. They help identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality of work delivered.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member :

• Support the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
• Mentor and train junior team members, including up-skilling
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or quality of work
• Build internal relationships and communicate technical subjects effectively
• Support senior team members with strategy development for larger clients, and lead for smaller clients
• Analyze data proactively and ensure quality of junior members’ work
• Define SEO strategies for clients
• Manage day-to-day SEO delivery aligned with client objectives
• Build trust with clients through performance management and strategy communication
• Promote best practices in SEO processes and tasks
• Handle complex tasks, including technical and analytics deliverables
• Present technical recommendations and opportunities
• Manage projects from sales to delivery
• Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating value
• Explain SEO best practices clearly
• Lead client meetings and communication on delivery
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and project management skills

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years supporting SEO tasks and delivery
• Ability to leverage tools and processes to improve offerings
• Proven impact on insights and delivery
