A leading company in hospitality tech is seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to drive sales in Iberia. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with hotel partners, and ensuring they maximise the value from Turneo’s platform. The ideal candidate has significant consultative sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Turneo is revolutionising how hotel groups sell experiences by providing a seamless digital platform to connect guests with in-house and third-party experiences. We empower hotels to enhance guest satisfaction and drive incremental revenue through curated activities, excursions, and services. We are backed by world’s leading investors who previously invested in companies like Shopify, Twilio, Anthropic and LinkedIn.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to expand our presence in Iberia. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new hotel partners.
