This role involves being a member of the global ServiceNow (HR) team, collaborating with HR Operations, IT, and the ServiceNow platform to implement the global HR ServiceNow roadmap. You will support HR demands across all countries involved and work on various projects with stakeholders worldwide. As a Technical Lead for our ServiceNow HRSD team, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to optimize HR operations and drive business results.

Key responsibilities include providing technical direction, creating innovative solutions, ensuring project compliance, and managing technology solutions on ServiceNow. The role emphasizes delivering services to internal clients, sharing expertise, and supporting organizational goals.

Your role

Your main responsibilities as ServiceNow HRSD Lead will involve :

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Recommending best practices for technical design and implementation.
  • Participating in project phases from discovery to deployment across regions.
  • Responding to production support issues and assisting in complex problem-solving.
  • Identifying automation and streamlining opportunities.
  • Monitoring and enhancing performance, scalability, and security of HRSD solutions.
  • Designing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other HR applications.
  • Staying updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices, analyzing new features for potential implementation.
  • Collaborating with platform architects to ensure solution stability.
  • Managing data requests, defects, and change requests with IT partners.
  • Configuring and managing HR services, permissions, and security.
  • Maintaining technical documentation.

Your Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT / HRIS.
  • Over 5 years of ServiceNow implementation and optimization experience.
  • More than 3 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD core modules.
  • At least 2 years of experience with portal solutions (widgets, catalog, knowledge base).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and leading offshore teams is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong service orientation, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Option to work abroad up to 25 days per year.
