We are hiring a passionate and curious thinker who can analyze various data sources and transform them into relevant insights. This individual will explore new growth opportunities in the Iberia and Italy markets (Spain as an established Own Distribution market, Italy establishing, and Portugal as a 3rd-party Model distribution).

This role offers the chance to work with iconic brands such as Jack Daniel’s, Gin Mare, Diplomatico rum, our Tequila portfolio, and emerging brands.

Meaningful Work From Day One

The Sr. Insight Analyst will influence company behavior through all elements of the Marketing Mix by identifying insights from multiple data sources, conducting data & ad hoc studies. Responsibilities include analyzing multi-channel trends, developing tools & reports, and collaborating closely with marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams. The Sr. Insight Analyst will be a key stakeholder in the Italian and Spanish marketing teams, helping to build a reputation as an entrepreneurial company dedicated to sustainable long-term growth.

This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office per week.

What You Can Expect
  1. Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness and competitiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
  2. Support the Insight Manager in preparing Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews.
  3. Develop compelling brand arguments based on facts to enhance market acceptance of Brown-Forman recommendations.
  4. Co-lead the design and development of ad hoc consumer research aligned with business questions.
  5. Support Test & Learn initiatives across the business in cross-functional projects.
Insight and Trends
  1. Create and develop regular insightful reports based on market data (category, shopper, consumer).
  2. Support the creation of the insight agenda for Iberia and Italy.
  3. Identify opportunities and threats for B-F brands using syndicated market data from various sources.
  4. Manage retail data (e.g., Nielsen, IWSR, Takeaway data, promotional evaluations) to maximize data investment.
  5. Contribute to strategy and ideation sessions for Iberia & Italy.

Time Allocation: Italy 50%, Iberia 50% (45% Spain, 5% Portugal)

What You Bring to the Table
  • 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in data analysis and research tools experience.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Ability to work independently, driven by curiosity.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and analytical translation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for non-analytical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic judgment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Spanish is highly desirable.
