A leading company is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive business growth using HubSpot software. This remote role involves leveraging inbound leads, closing sales, and nurturing client relationships with mid-sized businesses. Ideal candidates will have strong consultative selling skills and a proven sales record, fluent in Spanish and English.

What will you do as a Mid-Market Account Executive?

Using inbound selling strategies, you will find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will leverage inbound leads, partner with Business Development Reps for research and outreach, run online demos, and sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your clients will mainly be mid-sized businesses. This role is remote-based, working in an inside sales model with full closing responsibilities.

We are actively hiring for this role; candidates can be office, flex, or remotely located in Spain based on preference.

Responsibilities include :

  • Identify prospect challenges and discover suitable inbound marketing solutions
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota
  • Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal teams to grow business
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to adapt sales strategies with new features
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives to shape HubSpot’s mission

Role requirements :

  • Based in Spain for remote work eligibility
  • 3-5 years of sales closing experience
  • Fluent in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Proven high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong achievement approach
