This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting technology issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, resolving IT issues, and configuring hardware and software as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security
• Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting technical issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with remote work setups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are advantageous
